When Do You Need a Prescription?
- CPAP and BiPAP machines
- Oxygen concentrators
- Select mask systems and accessories
How to Submit Your Prescription:
You may email your prescription to jandispecialist@gmail.com or upload it during checkout.
Required Details:
- Full name of the patient
- Prescribing physician’s name, contact info, and signature
- Description of prescribed equipment
- Pressure settings (if applicable)
- Date of issuance
